As you will probably know, Jan Constantine won a license in 2009 to produce collections for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. To celebrate the rapid approach of July 2012, we have a sneak peak at the upcoming Team GB Collection.
More traditional in style than the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Collection, the new Team GB Collection is produced in beautiful royal colours with a majestic spot of gold. This upcoming collection is both quintessentially British and perfectly suited to be heirlooms of the future: by July next year, no sofa will be complete without one of these must-have collector's items.

The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Collection
Manufactured under license, these beautiful hand embroidered items are the perfect way to mark the London 2012 Olympics. The striking, contemporary designs make wonderful Olympic memorabilia and fabulous, iconic heirlooms for the future.
The full hand embroidered textile collection will include cushions, throws, wall hangings, tapestry kits,lavender hearts and small zip up cases and are set to be released in stages leading up to the event.

The Diamond Jubilee Collection
Jan has been busy designing a striking collection to commemorate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in June 2012. The only other British monarch to achieve a Diamond Jubilee was Queen Victoria in 1897, so we felt this very special occasion should not go unnoticed.
As Jan is recognised for her patriotism, she sees it as the perfect occasion to celebrate her majesty’s remarkable 60 year reign.

The Boho Collection
Jan Constantine, renowned for her iconic hand-embroidered textiles has launched her new Boho Collection.

The Regal Collection
We were all thrilled to see Prince William and Catherine Middleton finally tying the knot on 29th April this year at Westminster Abbey and what a happy and glorious occasion it was. To celebrate this happy event, I have designed a new collection with a regal theme – combining hearts, crowns and fancy lettering and in some cases our Union Jack heart motif. Each of the pieces in the collection will provide a wonderful memento of the couple’s special day and be something you can cherish for years to come.

The Vintage Rose Collection
Vibrant colours and tattoo-inspired designs have been combined to produce this striking sofa collection. Pink and red roses are hand embroidered onto a black or cream wool felt background. The inspiring emblems include the skull and Jan’s infamous ‘Love’ design. Both feature on cushions, lavender bags and tea cosies and nicely compliment our existing ranges.

My new ‘I Love London’ Collection celebrates all that is vibrant and fun-loving
about our capital city. For my designs, I have chosen some typically traditional icons – like the London taxi cab, red double-decker bus, and palace guards. Mixed with my favourite fancy lettering and Union Jack motifs – these designs also represent my nod to London’s successful bid for the 2012 Olympic Games. Everyone is already getting excited at the thought and here is one way you can celebrate at home!

The Blueprint Collection

The American Dream Collection
As it sounds, our American Dream Collection is full of favourite American images – like the stars and stripes. We have found different ways of using them – whether it’s a single star hand embroidered on a background of stripes or a scattering of appliqué stars on a plain fabric, or the whole flag contained within a heart. The idea is to use the designs in a fun, patriotic way.

The distinctive Seaside Collection was designed during happy holidays at the Constantine family's Cornish fisherman's cottage.

The Festive Collection

The Bees and Bugs Collection
Inspired by a love of nature and reminiscent of the Art Nouveau movement a century ago, these beautiful winged creatures, which adorn our fabrics and accessories, have now established themselves as timeless favourites amongst our customers.

The Country Garden Collection
Inspired by the old hand embroideries worked by Jan's grandmother and great aunts between 1930 and 1950. It is a tribute to the last great movement in British hand embroidery. Some of the stitches on show include leaf, stem, daisy and buttonhole.
This Collection features the most traditional of all Jan’s designs, but they would sit happily in any style of home as beautiful and valued pieces.

The Elise For Life Collection
The Elise for Life Charity is an appeal to raise £1 million for The Christie hospital in Manchester to help treat, care for and support those people who have cancer. The charity is the legacy of Elise Roberts who was diagnosed with the disease in January 2010 and battled courageously for nine months. The funds are to be split equally between Melanoma Research and the new Clinical Trials Unit at The Christie Hospital, which is where Elise received treatment. Jan Constantine is supporting this incredible cause and raising money to help Elise for Life reach their target
