1. Are all the products hand embroidered?
All Jan Constantine wool and linen products are embroidered by hand with embroidery needles and not by machine. We take great pride in our embroidery and supply some of the most prestigious accounts in the world.
2. What feathers do the cushion inserts contain?
The cushion inserts are made up of duck feathers and obtained from quality suppliers. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply our overseas customers with inserts.
3. How should the products be cleaned?
Keep fabrics out of direct sunlight. As the embroidery on our products is stitched by hand, we recommend that they should be dry cleaned. However, the inners of tea cosies and the pyjamas can be washed.
4. What if I couldn’t find a product I am particularly interested in?

5. Can you send a product which I have purchased as a gift to a friend?
Yes, you can have a product delivered as a gift to a friend. Please mention the delivery address in the Delivery Details section while ordering and we'll pop in a card as well.
6. Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, we accept payments by cheque. The cheque should be payable to “Jan Constantine Limited” and posted to the following address: Jan Constantine Ltd, Ravenscroft House, Main Road, Betley, Cheshire, CW3 9BJ. We accept cheque orders only by phone or post.
7. What type of delivery service is used?
Normally, if the product is in stock, we dispatch orders via DPD courier service for UK deliveries and Royal mail recorded delivery for International deliveries. These service's require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If the product is not in stock, we will inform you by email of the estimated delivery time within two days of receiving your order. 8. How long does it take for the goods to be delivered?
For UK deliveries, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be delivered. We offer a next day delivery service for a small charge. Click here for more details.
9. Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. Any orders taken for shipment outside of the UK will be subject to a carriage charge. Quotes for carriage will be discussed prior to shipment and payments taken. Please note customers purchasing goods to be delivered outside of the UK may be subjected to locally applicable tax and customs charges. Click here to view our delivery costs.
