This lovely Gypsy Tea Cosy was inspired by the embroideries that Jan's grandmother and great aunts hand stitched from the 1920's - 1950's and it depicts an arc of fabulous summer flowers using an array of traditional embroidery stitches. This tea cosy in red pure wool featured the word Love in cream script lettering and iis edged in red blanket stitch.
Each tea cosy has a handmade padded gingham inner in a contrasting colour which compliments the outer shell - to add extra insulation.
