The tea cosy is as British as Roast Beef and each beautiful hand-embroidered piece has a hand made padded cotton inner in a contrasting colour. This is for ease of washing but also provides added insulation to keep the all important cuppa hot!
This fabulous large tea cosy features a thistle, shamrock, daffodil and english roses depicting the flowers of the realm, arranged in a bouquet and appliquéd onto pure navy wool. They are hand embroidered in blanket stitch and french knots.
