This website and its contents are owned by Jan Constantine. Any use of the website or its contents including copying and storing images without prior permission for commercial purposes is prohibited. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
PAYMENT
Payments for orders through the website can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Solo and Switch. Payment will be debited from your account immediately by WorldPay on placing the order.
DELIVERY
Goods will be delivered within 7 working days of your order if the products are in stock. Should any of the products not be in stock, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date.
CANCELLATION
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods under the distance selling regulations. However, returning the goods to us in the condition they were dispatched in, is your responsibility and we would either refund or exchange them.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept responsibility for postage of returned goods. However, in case you are sent a faulty item, we will reimburse you. We can only accept products that are not torn, used or altered. You are entitled to a full product refund if goods are sent within 7 working days of receipt.
