Jan Constantine was a finalist in last year's Enterprising Rural Woman awards.
Working from the old stable block on the edge of a village on the Cheshire/Staffordshire borders, Jan impressed the judges in Country Living Magazine's annual competition to find and celebrate the best small rural businesses.
